My diverse commercial background within all functional areas with several global brands, and extensive business and corporate expertise has given me deep insights into understanding various ecosystems and what motivates talent to align with brand and business objectives and what is required for long-term behavioural transformation.

I am known as the connector in my business network and have managed to build far-reaching relationships with customers that have been instrumental to my success.

My business management roles included managing diverse teams and complex solutions that delivered more than $400 million annually.  Some of the roles I've fulfilled in recent years included – Business Management, Product Management, Marketing, Retail (Mass/Medium) and Sales Management that covered a vast portfolio of customers from various segments including Global, Corporate, Public, Enterprise and SMB.

I am a confident communicator with a professional image, offering high caliber presentation.  I have a special ability to relate warmly to people, easily generating trust and rapport that translates into high rate of closings.  I am a fast-track, highly motivated, attention to detail, team orientated individual with a good sense of humor.

I work with individuals, groups, teams and organisations to deliver an experience that supports sustainable and recognisable outcomes.  I provide one-on-one coaching, mentorship programs, inspirational talks, bespoke group workshops and other facilitations for special sessions or occasions.

I also work as a business and executive coach and has formed partnerships to ensure the best value for my clients through collaboration with reputable industry experts. These associations give me access to many specialists in the field of mentorship, coaching and business development, and also support business programs and interventions.
